Personal Chef Menu for the Week of April 2nd


Here was our menu for this week's delivery:

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls with Rice, served in a Tangy Tomato Sauce
Vegetable Couscous Salad with Mint, Honey and Lime Dressing

Pork Tenderloin with Maple Dijon Glaze
Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Southwestern Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas
Roasted Cumin Corn

Classic Beef Bourguignon - Chunks of Beef Slowly Simmered in a Rich Red Wine Sauce, with Mushrooms, Pearl Onions and Potatoes.
Green Garden Salad, with Blue Cheese Dressing
